Venturi Aerospace seeks a RADAR engineer

Venturi has excellent opportunities for RADAR Engineers with expertise in ground test and sensors. Qualified candidates must have experience in one or more of the following RADARs: Radar Digital Simulation Injection Stimulator (RDSIS), SBX, TPY2, Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) or Cobra Dane. These individuals must have the ability to conduct Missile Defense Agency level ground tests and analyze the results.  Duties include conducting tests and defending results to the customer and the prime contractor. Must understand X-band RADARs and know the details of how the specific RADAR operates. Must have the ability to explain why a RADAR performs in a certain way. Familiarity with testing is a plus.. Requirements of these positions far exceed RADAR maintenance.

Job Requirements:

BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a similar technical discipline and 5 to 15 years of relevant RADAR experience.  SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
